Does massage help after the lockdown trauma?

This page was first uploaded during the COVID lockdowns, to let you, our customers know the plan of action during that unpredictable time and, little did we know how unpredictable it was going to be.

I've now dedicated this page to contraindications to massage and treatments for ailments. Some have fared better than others. Without getting too negative with the lockdown 'aftermath' let's say we all need more tender loving care.

Power of touch

The power of touch was never more obvious than during the lockdowns. Or should I say the lack of touch. We need that contact with others. According to some, we are pack creatures.

A lot of conditions have manifested since that turmoil in our lives. Here at the workshop we hope to be able to help with some of those.

Is massage treatment right for you?

Firstly, in massage treatments, or before treatments, we will ask questions and on getting the answers we can decide which treatment will suit you or, if massage is the right thing for you.
